The Government’s latest advice is that all non-essential contact with others should be avoided.
We are asking customers to give us a call before they set off to collect their pet so that we can have them ready, in their pet carrier. This is to limit the amount of time customers spend in the cattery. Wherever possible we would like customers to pay and collect their cat from the porch area. We can confirm your bill amount when you call. We are discouraging customers from coming inside the cattery, where possible.
This may sound like an over reaction, however you should remember that we have customers returning from abroad and from all over the UK.
We will no longer be allowing viewings in person. Instead a video tours using Facetime or Whatsapp can be arranged.
